Is the DDoS filtering really included, even on the €9.99 tier?

Yes, on every tier and every port. A protected server that charges extra for the protection would be a strange product — the filtering is the reason it exists.

What is the difference between this and a dedicated server?

A VPS shares a physical machine with other instances, though your cores and memory are reserved. A dedicated server is the whole machine with nobody else on it, which matters for sustained heavy load and for workloads sensitive to any contention at all.

Can I run a game server on a VPS?

Yes — UDP is filtered rather than null-routed, which is the thing that usually breaks game hosting elsewhere. For a busy server the VPS 6 tier upwards is the realistic starting point.

Can I upgrade later without rebuilding?

Yes. Moving to a larger tier keeps your disk and configuration; it is a resize rather than a migration.

Do I get a dedicated IPv4 address?

Yes, at least one on every tier, plus an IPv6 /64. Larger tiers include more IPv4 addresses.

What happens if an attack exceeds your capacity?

We absorb it rather than null-routing your address, which is the shortcut that makes an attack indistinguishable from an outage. If you have been hit with something specific, tell us the size and we will give you a straight answer.

Is there a setup fee or a minimum term?
