1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the CDN, WAF, DNS and DDoS mitigation services ("Services") provided by [COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS] ("Provider"). Deviating terms of the customer do not apply.
2. Services & availability
The scope of the Services follows the booked plan. The Provider targets an availability of [SLA %] measured monthly at the edge; scheduled maintenance and force majeure are excluded. Where an SLA credit applies, it is the exclusive remedy for availability failures.
3. Acceptable use
The customer must not use the Services for unlawful content, malware distribution, phishing, or to attack third parties. Proxying of content that violates applicable law may lead to immediate suspension. Details are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy [LINK].
4. Fees & termination
Fees are billed [monthly/annually] in advance. Plans renew automatically and can be cancelled with effect to the end of the billing period. The Provider may terminate for cause, in particular for violations of section 3.
5. Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and capped at [CAP AMOUNT / fees of the last 12 months]. [ADAPT TO JURISDICTION.]
6. Final provisions
