Yes, and for anything non-trivial we would prefer it. Tell us what you run, where it is hosted and what you have been hit with, and we will say honestly whether we are the right fit — including when we are not.

Do you offer migration help?

Yes. Moving DNS to a new provider is the step people worry about most, so we will walk through your records with you and stage the cutover rather than leaving you to flip nameservers and hope.

I want a server or GRE transit — who do I ask?

How do I report a security issue?

Email the security address with enough detail to reproduce it. We do not run a bug bounty, but we do reply, we do fix things, and we will credit you if you want that.
